Okay, this is two blogs I copied and pasted from my myspace blog... AWESOME OUTREACH last night.... Current mood: excited Category: Life This one is REALLY long... God is soooo good! I just woke up - we got home around 7am. I didn't sleep very well cause I got a tooth pulled yesterday - the dentist was gonna do a root canal but I just didn't want to go through what I did last time, going to see him every week for about two months! So I told him to just pull it. He told me of the risks - and one of them was that the tooth would break and that I'd have to go see an oral surgeon. Well, guess what? Ow. Well, yesterday Charity and I had such an interesting conversation with G! We took him to lunch, and as we were talking, I asked him if I could ask him a question. He laughed and said okay. (He knows me pretty well so he knew that it would probably be a more 'personal' question.) So I asked him, "What exactly is your job as a pimp?" Wow. I am forever humbled by His love... The Lord has given us such a great new apartment! Yesterday after Daryl got off work, it was still baking hot outside. So we went SWIMMING in our new apartment's swimming pool. :) Earlier I woke up feeling ILL again - this is so weird - I thought it may be because I am just so exhausted from running around every day since the whole bed bug issue...but then I discovered that the same chemical that I believe I am allergic or sensitive to is in ANOTHER face wash I bought yesterday at the beauty supply. Okay, being that this is a 'special' circumstance that (THANK GOD) doesn't happen every day - we have first of course relied on God, but we've also had to use what little savings we have to pay for a motel every day since last Wednesday. We've also had to eat out every day which has not been good on my health at all - I'm in bed today while Daryl and Fred are moving (mostly throwing stuff out again) and putting stuff in storage. This has added up to about $700 - so far. Well, I just woke up from a short nap - yesterday Daryl and I were running around all day. I had to get the MRI on my brain at 8am, and of course it took them 12 sticks with the needle and the whole process of finding a vein on one floor (with no luck) and then having to go to the ER and have two different nurses try, one on each arm (and feet & legs too) took almost three hours!!! (I didn't even ask when the results will be in but I'm sure if it's important they'll let me know) After that we went to eat and then find a less expensive motle (the one we were staying at was $112 + tax a night.) Okay, I have read all night about beg bugs and bed bug infestation and there is no way that we can go back to our apartment and expect that these things will stay gone until the ENTIRE place is tented, and even then there is no guarantee they will not be back. This is crazy.
