Well…because many of the people we reach out to do ungodly, immoral and even illegal things – it is sometimes difficult to write in detail about people and certain situations cause we don’t want to incriminate anyone. We share some of the situations or conversations we’ve had with particular people so that other people can learn from them or be encouraged by them, we just don’t use anyone’s name, unless we have their permission.

My heart is so broken for some of the things we see being in this type of ministry. Recently, we met a young woman who shared how she and her boyfriend got involved with the ‘Game’ (prostitution) – and I was so moved by her story that I felt close to tears for the rest of the day.

“Normal” people in society do not realize who easy it is to get caught up into Satan’s lies… and how it could happen to ANYone. Given the right situation – each and every single one of us can become vulnerable to compromise and make bad choices out of desperation.

It is also not only the women who become prostitutes that are the victims, but the pimps and Johns as well. Most people do not see the pimps as victims ‚Äì but they are. They are Satan’s puppets. Anyone who is not serving God, completely submitted and obedient to His Lordship ‚Äì is knowingly or unknowingly serving the devil.

One of the pimps we speak to regularly and who has become a very good friend – shared that he got started at an early age. He was actually approached by a couple of ladies who said they wanted him to be their pimp – and taught him everything about the Game.

Years later, he’s still pimping, been in jail and prison ‚Äì doesn’t have a retirement plan or 401k, and realizes that he’s getting older. We spoke earlier and my heart is so broken for him. But I am also VERY encouraged. I KNOW that God is doing a work in this man’s life and heart, and he’s living on borrowed time!!! When I first met him four years ago, he was not open to hearing the gospel. Although he was never rude ‚Äì he made it very clear that he had his own beliefs, and one of those beliefs was that Jesus Christ was a good man, a prophet and a teacher ‚Äì but NOT God. As the years have gone by, I’ve seen the Lord soften his heart and he has become so much more open to hearing about the things of God.

The last few times we’ve spoke ‚Äì he’s allowed me to share of how God has such a plan and destiny for him! He even let me read some scripture from the bible to him. I shared the vision God has given me of how important it is that young black men growing up in the ghetto need to see godly men of integrity ‚Äì walking in Holiness and Righteousness ‚Äì and how I believe that God has called the pimps, gangsters and drug dealers to become leaders in God’s army!!!

It breaks my heart to see how young kids actually admire people like pimps, prostitutes, porn stars, drug dealers and gangsters‚Ķ what is this world coming to? This is why my husband and I are so devoted to reaching out to people who are involved with these type of lifestyles. When God delivers the pimps, prostitutes, etc. out of sin ‚Äì just imagine how many people ‚Äì young people – they can influence for God’s kingdom?

Our friend who is pimping is going to be saved and will serve God one day soon, in Jesus’ Name! We love him so much. He really is an amazing person‚ĶI know it may sound strange for some people to hear me speak like this, but he really is amazing. I don’t see him as he is right now ‚Äì but I see the great potential he has in Jesus ‚Äì who he will be in God.

All things are possible with God. Please pray and believe with us for our pimp friend to be saved and delivered SOON…
