Well, I’m up Рit’s 9am and I seemed to wake up every hour, on the hour, since I got home after 5:30am. I decided just to stay up.

The outreach went pretty well last night. We had a guy from England, a woman from Orgeon, and… I forgot where the other woman was from. And of course, Tony and Kristi.

The guy from England was great, but his accent was so strong that it was hard to understand what he was saying at times.

There weren’t too many people out, and only a few pimps at the donut shop where they all hang out. I did get to pray for a couple of girls Рone called herself ‘Temptation’ and the other called herself ‘Bambi’. Temptation said she was 29, (the oldest I’ve met out there Рbut she didn’t look that old) and Bambi only 19. I told them that I used to prostitute and they were somewhat shocked.

I told them that I used to be a heroin addict and prostituted to support my habit. They asked how long I had been clean. (Almost 4 years) Then I told them that God loves them and has a destiny for them, and it isn’t to be out there selling themselves. I said that the next car they got into could be their last.

Bambi said that she was just talking to a girlfriend about the same thing. She has a one year old son she has to take care of, and her concern is if something happens to her he’ll be alone. I told them that Jesus can set them free, and then asked if they’d let me pray for them. They said yes, and I prayed for them both.

The rest of the night was pretty slow, we gave out a few more roses, but overall it was pretty mellow out.

I need to get some more sleep after my appointment at eleven Рmy body hurts so much more when I don’t get a good night’s sleep. I feel like I got run over by a Mack truck! Ouch.

Pray that God would continue to touch the girls we gave roses to and those we were able to pray for too. That He would cause the seeds sown last night to GROW, in Jesus’ name!
