Overdid it!
The weekend was great, but I did too much and I am now suffering the consequences. IÄôm assuming that itÄôs a CFS flare up – I have a sore throat, aches, pains and can barely keep my eyes open.
Hopefully if I stay in bed all day today – I may feel better. Hopefully this wonÄôt last more than a day or two.
Help me, Lord Jesus!
